Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods — No Refunds

All purchases of Rune Stones ("RS") are for digital virtual currency that is credited to your in-game account immediately upon successful payment. Because the goods are delivered instantly and are consumed digitally, all sales are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

2. Exceptions

A refund or replacement may be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for a single order due to a payment processor error.
  • Non-delivery — your payment was successfully processed but Rune Stones were not credited to your account within 24 hours and you have not received a resolution after contacting support.
  • Legally required refund — your jurisdiction grants statutory withdrawal rights for digital purchases that cannot be waived. Where applicable, the statutory cooling-off period begins at the time of purchase.

We do not issue refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, dissatisfaction with game balance changes, or account bans resulting from Terms of Service violations.

3. Payment Processor

Payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), who act as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle handles payment security, currency conversion, and tax compliance on our behalf. Disputes initiated through your bank or card provider (chargebacks) are managed by Paddle in accordance with their buyer protection policies.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under Section 2, contact us within 7 days of your purchase date:

  • Message nichozero directly on Discord.
  • Open a ticket in our Discord server.

Please include your Discord username, the transaction ID from your Paddle receipt, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

5. Account Bans

If your account is banned for violations of our Terms of Service, any remaining Rune Stone balance is forfeited and no refund will be issued for prior purchases. This is consistent with standard practices for online game services.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. The current version will always be posted at this URL. Purchases made before any change remain governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
