Terms of Service

By adding Infinite Ascension ("the Bot") to a Discord server or interacting with the Bot in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.

Infinite Ascension is a Xianxia-themed role-playing game bot built on the Discord platform. It provides cultivation mechanics, combat systems, guild features, an in-game economy, and optional premium upgrades purchased with virtual currency (Rune Stones).

You agree not to:

• Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics for unfair advantage.
• Use automation (self-bots, macros, scripting) to interact with the Bot outside of normal Discord usage.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other players or members of the development team.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or recreate the Bot's systems or source code without explicit permission.
• Sell, trade, or transfer in-game accounts, items, or currencies for real money outside of sanctioned channels.

Rune Stones ("RS") are virtual in-game currency that may be obtained through real-money transactions processed via Paddle (paddle.com). By purchasing Rune Stones you acknowledge:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• Rune Stones and all in-game items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing, item costs, or the economy at any time.
• If the Bot is discontinued, no compensation will be provided for unspent Rune Stones except as required by law.

Patron tiers grant in-game bonuses for a 30-day period purchased with Rune Stones. Patron benefits are cosmetic and progression-enhancing; they do not grant exclusive access to core gameplay content. Patron tiers may be modified or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.

All game content, systems, artwork descriptions, lore, and code comprising Infinite Ascension are the intellectual property of the Bot's creator. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any portion of this content without written permission.

The Bot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data integrity, or continuity of service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of in-game progress, data, or purchased content resulting from technical failures, exploits, or service discontinuation.

We reserve the right to ban any user or server from accessing the Bot at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms or Discord's own Terms of Service. Banned users forfeit all in-game progress and purchased content without compensation.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be announced in our Discord server.
